Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for our orders:
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+10:00) Australian Capital Territory (Canberra, ACT) are processed the same business day.
Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated processing and delivery timeframe, please allow an additional three business days and check your tracking details. If your parcel still has not been delivered, contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
