Return Period

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Customized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

  • Liquids or hygiene-sensitive items must remain unopened.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the issue so we can review and provide a suitable solution. Approved claims will be replaced free of charge.

Exchanges

For size changes or incorrect orders, please contact us with your order number. Once approved, return the original item and we will process your exchange accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Due to fast processing times, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If a parcel is refused or not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, we are not responsible for the delivery refusal and no refund can be issued.
